Patterns are sold as INSTANT DOWNLOADS only therefore items purchased are ALWAYS delivered straightaway, they appear on your screen in a yellow box right infront of you after you have made payment, if you close the window by mistake just email me and I will re-send the links to your email address..dont panic I am here to help.

All patterns in the shop are clearly priced & many are currently on special offer at sale prices,

refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances, please do contact me if you have a complaint.
