Materials:

Knitting needles size

3.75mm (UK 9) (USA 5) and 3 mm (UK 11) (USA 2.5)

Yarn quantity

DK double knit (USA worsted 6ply)

40g purple

30g white mohair (sirdar blur)

Scraps of black yarn for ermine trim

Anchor metallic crochet thread used 2 strands together of;

60g gold, oddments of red, green, blue & silver

I appreciate this thread may be a little expensive so you may wish to substitute this with DK yarn in similar colours, If using DK yarn you will only need to use a single strand.

You will also need;

Tapestry (blunt) needle

Matching sewing thread

Small amount of white filling

Size; fits average 2 pint teapot
